RAWON RECIPE

Ingredients:
  •      300 grams of beef is quite fatty
  •      100 grams of short sprouts, washed clean
  •      2 pieces of leaves
  •      4 lime leaves
  •      1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  •      2 cm galangal / laos, crushed
  •      Salt and pepper adequately
  •      6 glasses of water
Grind the spices:

  •      4 red onions
  •      2 cloves garlic
  •      4 items hazelnut
  •      3 kluwek, be content
  •      2 red chilli

How to Make:

  •  Cut out small boxes of beef.
  •  Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the chopped herbs until fragrant with lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then, in the pot already filled 6 glasses of water, add the beef pieces and spices mashed, boiled until cooked and tender beef. When the water dries, add more to taste.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of short sprouts on top and garnish with lime leaves.
