- 300 grams of beef is quite fatty
- 100 grams of short sprouts, washed clean
- 2 pieces of leaves
- 4 lime leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 2 cm galangal / laos, crushed
- Salt and pepper adequately
- 6 glasses of water
- 4 red onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 items hazelnut

How to Make:
- Cut out small boxes of beef.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the chopped herbs until fragrant with lemongrass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Then, in the pot already filled 6 glasses of water, add the beef pieces and spices mashed, boiled until cooked and tender beef. When the water dries, add more to taste.
- Serve with a sprinkling of short sprouts on top and garnish with lime leaves.
