ingredients:
- 250 grams of beef tenderloin, thinly sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 leek, cut oblique
- 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
How to make:
- Marinate meat has in the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Knead and let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
