Beef black pepper recipe

ingredients:

  1. 250 grams of beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  2. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  5. 1/2 onion, cut in large length
  6. 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  7. 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  8. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  11. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  12. 1 leek, cut oblique
  13. 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing

How to make:
  1. Marinate meat has in the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Knead and let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Put the meat one by one. Stir-fry the meat until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil. Saute garlic until fragrant. Enter onions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Enter fried meat, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Add leeks. Stir well. Serve.
