FRIED CHICKEN WITH BUTTER

Ingredients:
 
  1. 3 pieces of chicken thighs, cut into small
  2. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  5. 1 onion, sliced
  6. 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  7. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  8. 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  11. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  12. 1 leek, sliced ​​oblique
  13. 100 grams of margarine for sauteing
  14. cooking oil for frying

How to make:

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Chicken fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked through and browned. Remove and drain.
  3. Heat margarine. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.  
  4. Enter the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir until thick. 
  5. Add chicken and leek. Stir well.
