- 3 pieces of chicken thighs, cut into small
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 leek, sliced oblique
- 100 grams of margarine for sauteing
- cooking oil for frying
How to make:
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Chicken fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked through and browned. Remove and drain.
- Heat margarine. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Enter the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir until thick.
- Add chicken and leek. Stir well.
