Fish and chips recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 350 grams snapper fillets, cut into 2x5cm
  2. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  3. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  5. oil for frying

Solution Ingredients Flour (stir Average):

  1. 125 grams of cake flour
  2. 30 grams of cornstarch
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  7. 225 ml milk

How to make: 

  1. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Let stand 10 minutes. Rinse. Pat dry with paper towel. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Dip the fish one by one into the flour solution.
  3. Fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until soft and golden yellow.
