- 2 tbsp of boiled water
- Oil for frying
- 225 flour , sifted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7 tablespoons warm water
- 100 ml vegetable oil
Contents :
- 2 tablespoons oil , for sauteing
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks lemongrass , take the whiteness , crushed
- 5 pieces of turmeric leaves , thinly sliced
- 5 kaffir lime leaves , finely sliced
- 500 g mutton , minced
- 200 ml coconut milk from half coconut grated
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
Seasonings , puree :
- 4 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 8 pieces of red chilli
- 1 cm ginger , roasted
- 1 tsp coriander grain , toasted
- 5 grains hazelnut , toasted
- 1 tsp salt
How to Make :
- Skin : Mix the flour with the salt , warm water , and oil , knead until dough is smooth .
- Trimmed dough to a thickness of 0.2 cm . Cut the square shape of size 10 x 10 cm . Set aside .
- Contents : Heat oil , saute ground spices , onions , lemon grass , turmeric leaves , and lime leaves until fragrant . Enter the minced meat , stirring until meat changes color .
- Pour the coconut milk , season the curry , and cumin , stir well . Cook until done and shrinking coconut milk , remove from heat.
- Take a piece of skin , put 2 tablespoons of batter in the center of the content . Fold the triangle shape . Glue the sides with water . Repeat until finished .
- Fry in hot oil until many yellow and browned and cooked , remove from heat . Serve .
