Samosa Recipe

Ingredients :
  1.     2 tbsp of boiled water
  2.     Oil for frying
Skin :

  1.     225 flour , sifted
  2.     1/2 tsp salt
  3.     7 tablespoons warm water
  4.     100 ml vegetable oil

Contents :

  1.     2 tablespoons oil , for sauteing
  2.     1/2 onion, finely chopped
  3.     2 stalks lemongrass , take the whiteness , crushed
  4.     5 pieces of turmeric leaves , thinly sliced
  5.     5 kaffir lime leaves , finely sliced
  6.     500 g mutton , minced
  7.     200 ml coconut milk from half coconut grated
  8.     2 tsp curry powder
  9.     1/4 tsp cumin powder

Seasonings , puree :

  1.     4 red onions
  2.     5 cloves of garlic
  3.     8 pieces of red chilli
  4.     1 cm ginger , roasted
  5.     1 tsp coriander grain , toasted
  6.     5 grains hazelnut , toasted
  7.     1 tsp salt

How to Make :

  1. Skin : Mix the flour with the salt , warm water , and oil , knead until dough is smooth .
  2. Trimmed dough to a thickness of 0.2 cm . Cut the square shape of size 10 x 10 cm . Set aside .
  3. Contents : Heat oil , saute ground spices , onions , lemon grass , turmeric leaves , and lime leaves until fragrant . Enter the minced meat , stirring until meat changes color .
  4. Pour the coconut milk , season the curry , and cumin , stir well . Cook until done and shrinking coconut milk , remove from heat.
  5. Take a piece of skin , put 2 tablespoons of batter in the center of the content . Fold the triangle shape . Glue the sides with water . Repeat until finished .
  6. Fry in hot oil until many yellow and browned and cooked , remove from heat . Serve .
