Takoyaki with cheese


Ingredients:

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 egg yolk
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 stalks chives, thinly sliced
  5. 400 ml chicken broth
  6. 200 grams of flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  8. 50 grams of easily melted cheddar cheese, cut into small squares

how to make:

  1.      Shake off the eggs, salt, and chives. Add chicken broth. Stir well.
  2.      Pour a little into a mixture of flour and baking powder which sudag in ataAduk average.
  3.      Pour in a preheated mold pofertjes. Let until half cooked.
  4.      You can easily melting cheese chunks. Behind the batter. Shape balls and let it mature.
  5.      Serve with tomato sauce.
