Fettucini carbonara

Ingredients
  1. 150 grams of fettucini
  2. 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. 2 pieces of bacon cut into long
  5. 2 egg yolks
  6. 250ml thickened cream
  7. 15 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  10. 1 tablespoon oil for sauteing

Topping Ingredients:
 

  1. 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  2. 1 teaspoon black pepper roasted, finely crushed

Processing Method:  

Boil 1000 ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Enter fetucini. Boil until cooked. Remove and drain. Stir egg yolks, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper powder. Set aside. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add bacon. Stir well. Enter fetucini. Stir well. Add the egg yolk mixture. Stir well. Lift .. Serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and black pepper.
