Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 french stick, diced into 1cm pieces
- 3 slices prosciutto
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 50g butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- zest of a lemon
Method :
- Combine all the ingredients of the stuffing and add to the cavity of the turkey before cooking
