Turkey stuffing


Ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 french stick, diced into 1cm pieces
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 50g butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • zest of a lemon

Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients of the stuffing and add to the cavity of the turkey before cooking
