Fillet beef steak with wasabi sauce

Ingredients :

• 2 Beef fillets for steak
• Beef tallow
• Soy sauce
• Wasabi paste   

Method :
 

• Heat the pan, and grease with beef tallow when its hot
• Grill the beef, and cut into pieces
• Serve with soy sauce and wasabi paste
