Mussels pan cake


Ingredients :
  • 200gr Fresh mussels
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Corn flour ( mixed with water )
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Chilli sauce         

Method :
  • Mixed fresh mussel with beaten egg stir together with corn flour
  • Heat up the wok with vegetable oil. 
  • Pour all ingredients into the wok. 
  • Stir and flip every 1 minutes. keep heat low
  • Serve the dish with chilli sauce
