Ingredients :
- 200gr Fresh mussels
- 2 Egg
- 1 tsp Corn flour ( mixed with water )
- 2 Spring onion
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Chilli sauce
Method :
- Mixed fresh mussel with beaten egg stir together with corn flour
- Heat up the wok with vegetable oil.
- Pour all ingredients into the wok.
- Stir and flip every 1 minutes. keep heat low
- Serve the dish with chilli sauce
