Material:
Butter 200 gr
150 gr margarine
600 gr flour
5 egg yolks BTR (four for the dough first for greasing)
400 gr grated cheese (300 to 100 for the dough and topping)
Salt to taste
How to Make:
1. Beat butter and margarine until smooth
2. Add the egg yolks and beat well
3. Enter the salt, flour and grated cheese, stirring until evenly
4. Print according to taste and bake
5. After ½ ripe yellow grease a cake with a sprinkling of cheese, eggs and berries
