Sushi recipe

MATERIALS:

Japan's first rice recipe

6 large shrimp tails, peeled / 200 gr tuna fillet, thinly sliced

100 ml water

1 teaspoon salt

200 ml ice water

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

50 ml rice vinegar

2 tsp sugar


Complement:

Wasabi
Pickled ginger
A sushi sauce recipe

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Heat water and salt, put the shrimp while under pressure to not
curved, drain, soak in ice water.

2. Stir in rice vinegar and sugar, shrimp soak for 5 minutes, drain,
slices with a sharp knife until flat.

3. For the tuna: tuna fillet cut into 2x5 cm square, thin slices.

4. Take 1 tbsp of sushi rice, padatkan while somewhat oval shaped, roll on
toasted sesame seeds.

5. Lay shrimp flat or tuna on top, serve with complementary.

For 20 pcs.
