Somay recipe

Material:

* 3 pcs of sausage slices, cut one end into four

* 12 ready-made dumpling skins lbr

* 125 gr shrimp, peeled, finely chopped

* 125 g chicken meat, finely chopped

* 1 stalk finely sliced green onions

* 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

* 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper

* 1 tbsp cornflour

* 1 tsp sesame oil

* 100 gr seasoning ready-gado-gado

* 2 pcs lemon, take the water

* Water matured sufficiently, to dissolve seasonings

* Oil for greasing

How to Make:

* Stir in shrimp, chicken, green onions and garlic, salt, pepper, starch, sesame oil with a slam-banging for 10 minutes.

* Grease a cookie cutter bowl with oil, place a sheet of dumpling skin, enter the batter shrimp and chicken, sausage stick with the split on the top.
