spicy tamarind squid

Material:

500 gr fresh squid
100 grams of red pepper puree)
100 gr red tomatoes)
5 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
15 chilli pepper
2 stalk spring onion, cut into pieces 2 cm
Petai a board, peel
10 pcs star fruit vegetable, split second
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
200 ml water

Method:

1. Clean the squid, remove the ink, cut into pieces, and add salt and vinegar, stir well, set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant yellowish.
3. Enter petai, peppers and tomatoes finely, cook over low heat until cooked.
4. Enter water squid and marinade, pour water, put cayenne pepper, green onions, star fruit and vegetables and stir well. Cook until done, remove from heat.
